How to do Direct Stock Receive

Sometimes the stock of a product has to be adjusted accordingly due to some reasons such as damaged, lost or due to stock recount.

Sometimes a stock might be received without a purchase order since it might be bought directly from a another shop

Stock counts of a business are mostly carried out annually . It is important to update the stocks accordingly after stock counts.

Once a business is started, there will be more frequent transactions with same suppliers. .

Purchase order is a document we issue to the suppliers mentioning the items we would like to order.

When a purchase order is made, the goods will be delivered by the supplier hence it should be updated in the POS.
