How to receive stock without a Purchase Order.

Sometimes a stock might be received without a purchase order since it might be bought directly from a another shop

  1. Click the side menu and click Inventory.

  2. Press Receive Button on the top right corner

  3. Enter the following information :

    • Receive Location

    • Supplier ( Optional )

    • Supplier Invoice Number ( Optional )

    • Supplier Invoice Date ( Optional )

  4. Enter Product Names or Scan the SKU/Barcode in the search bar to enter them one by one [ You can also do a Bulk Import from Fill Data from CSV Button ]

  5. Once Products are entered you can adjust the cost prices, add taxes on cost and receive them with ease

  6. When all items are finalized press the Receive Stocks Button

Even in urgent situations the stock can be received without a Purchase Order in Ewity POS.
