Go to products on the main menu tab > Products > Hover the ellipsis (3 dots) on the top right > You will see the option to Bulk Import Products.
You will now go to the import Create Screen > Click download template button > you will get the sheet with the format needed to import the products.
3. Once the sheet is downloaded you should see the named headers as shown below
4. Lets detail out each of the following headers;
Product name: Name of the product
Type: Standard, Kit, Custom, Batch
Is Inventory Tracked: If the item stock is being tracked or not
Brand: Product Brand
Category: Product Category
Supplier: Product Supplier ( Can be changed later )
Description: Item description ( size, product details )
Barcode: Universal Product code ( UPC )
Sku: Auto assigned code or custom code for product
Tax GST @ 8% : If the product is applicable for tax
Location_{location name}: if this product is available at the following store
Stock_{location name}: initial stock value for product
Base unit: smallest unit item is being sold in
Other units: if product has multiple units
Default unit: Default assigned unit for product
Cost price: price the product was bought for
Sales price: selling price including or excluding GST and fees
Price includes tax: If the price entered for sales price includes Tax you may write Yes. If product price does not include tax you may write No in the column
Tax price round: if you would like the final price to be a whole number you may write Yes. if you would like to collect the coins aswell you may write No
5. After all columns are filled save the file
6. Upload the file to Ewity and you're good to go!
