Go to "Admin" from Ewity side Menu

Select "Settings" and go to "Sales"

Scroll down till you find "Enable FOC Bills"

Enable it from the toggle menu

Scroll Down and Update Settings

Now, Go to "Point Of Sales"

Open a Register

Make a Sale

Assign a customer to the bill

Select FOC as shown in the screenshot below

Select "Settle FOC Bill" and settle it

Bill should now be completed as FOC
