Go to "Company Admin" from the Ewity side menu

Go to "Settings" and enter "Discounts"

You should now see "Enable Loyalty Programs?" as shown below

Select "Yes, Enable" and Press the button "Update Settings"

Refresh Ewity with CTRL + R

You should now see a Loyalty Programs Bar pop up under Company Admin

Go to "Loyalty Programs"

Press the "+New Loyalty Program" Button on the top right corner of the tab to start a new program

Name your Program & Enter the Loyalty Type

Set-up "Automatically Sign-up New Customers?"

Enter How many points you would want a customer to recieve for each MVR (appropriate to your country currency)

Set-up "Point Precision" & "Rounding Strategy"

Set-up "Accrual Basis" & "Accrual Value"

Percentage of bill amount to be given as points. Ex: If 10% customer will earn 25 points on a bill of MVR 250

Set the conditions applied to the program

Finally, Set the minimum amount of MVR required to start redeeming the collected points

You're Good to go!

Note: Existing customers will not be assigned to this program if made after they are created. You must manually assign it to them
