Why is my Reports Dashboard not accurate?

The reports dashboard can be updated in two different methods. The calendar date method & register date method.

  • Calendar date: Bills created will be following the Calendar date meaning sales after 00:00 Hours will be set to the following day.

  • Register date: Bills created will be assigned to the register date it was created in. Sales after 00:00 Hours will be adding to previous day if register was opened the previous date.

  1. Select " Company Admin " from the side menu

  2. Select " Settings "

  3. Press the button embedded below if you would like to be redirected

  4. Press " Sales " from the configurations available

  5. Find " Should bill date be register date? "

  6. Set the setting to whichever feels appropriate for your location
