Ewity is a cloud software. However, you can install Ewity locally to make it easier for you to work with it. Even if you install it locally internet will be required for optimal operations. Ewity has offline mode support, which means you will be able to continue making sales during any internet disruptions at your store. However, to open a register or close a register, you will need an internet connection.
To download Ewity locally, follow these steps.
Open https://app.ewitypos.com in Google Chrome on your Windows or Mac system.
You will see a "Computer icon" button in the browser URL tab.
3. If the icon cannot be seen you can also download it from the control panel in chrome by pressing the 3 dots on the top right of the screen and select "Install POS".
3. Now you will be able to open Ewity from the icon in your desktop or Applications.
