How to extract report of Free of Charge customers.

Some customers such as family and friends of owner might dine in free of charge in a restaurant. Thus, it should be accounted correctly.

  1. Click the side menu and select Reports.

  2. Click FOC Bills Reports

  3. Choose the period and outlets and extract the report.

It is important to extract these reports because when the business is audited it would be a source document to show as when expenses are incurred without any revenue.
